A Spring Creation

I thought I would post a pretty simple tutorial on a spring card.  I've seen these made before, usually with butterflies so I thought I'd give it a go with some birthday presents.
I have used these images from Prairie Fairy Designs.  They are birthday presents and cake and can be found under"Gerry's Birthday" in the shop.  I colored with copics and cut out the pieces I needed.  The cake I'm using for my card front.
To start, cut out a small circle and then cut around it like you would peeling an apple.  Leave your layers joined at the end, like so.
Attach your images where you'd like them on the spiral with glue dots.
Add some design paper to the inside of your card.  Take one end of your spiral and use a glue dot to attach one end to one side of the fold on the inside of the card, and the attach the other end to the other side.

and here is the finished product.
I hope you find this simple and easy to do and that you have as much fun as I did.
Big Hugs and Happy Creating
